Last updated October 22, 2026. These terms explain how the Packrivo website and our sourcing and coordination service work.

Who we are

Packrivo provides packaging sourcing and project coordination from Shenzhen, China, for small jewelry, candle and gift brands. Independent suppliers manufacture the packaging. Each project quotation names the contracting seller, the scope of our coordination and how our fee is calculated.

Website information

Product pages, guides and articles are general information to help you prepare a packaging brief. They are not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Images labelled concept render illustrate packaging options; they are not physical samples or completed customer projects.

Quotations and orders

Prices, materials, minimum order quantities and timings on this website are indicative. A project becomes binding only when you accept a written quotation. The quotation sets out the supplier costs, our coordination scope and fee basis, sample terms, payment stages and delivery terms. If a quotation differs from these terms, the quotation applies to that project.

Samples and approval

Production follows the sample or specification you approve in writing. Changes requested after approval may affect cost, timing or both, and are confirmed before work continues.

Your artwork and information

You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, artwork and product information you send us. We use them only to prepare and deliver your project and share them only with the suppliers and service providers involved in it.

Inspection, shipping and risk

The inspection scope, packed dimensions, delivery terms and the point at which risk passes to you are agreed in the quotation for each project.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a project is limited to the coordination services described in its quotation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
