Why the floor exists

Every design carries a one-time cost: a cutting die, a print set-up, and a hand-assembly line that has to be balanced. Spreading those over 200 pieces instead of 500 raises the per-unit price enough that most buyers are better served by choosing a stock structure at 500 than a custom one at 200.

Three ways to work within it

1. Start with one design. One structure, one size, one print — then add a second design after the first sample is approved.
2. Use stock styles plus your logo. Existing structures carry no die cost; only the print is custom.
3. Split across a launch. Hold half the run as unprinted stock and print the rest when the next collection launches.
