Request inside and outside handle views
The euro tote catalogue names the carrier format and includes handle options. Ask the supplier to identify the actual handle material and attachment method for your proposal. Keep hidden joining work distinct from the outside appearance.
Show each handle join and any top reinforcement on an inside view. Include the proposed base construction separately. A matching handle color does not establish a matching attachment or material.
Ask which parts arrive assembled and which work remains at packing. A complete carrier and a bag with separately supplied handle components describe different delivery scopes.
Review the gift around the grip route
Provide the finished gift-box envelope, actual weight and all tissue or cards. Show the box orientation within the gusset. Mark the height of any component near the handles.
For a hypothetical boxed ornament, tissue may stand above the gift box. Review whether that complete arrangement leaves the intended hand grip clear. Record any rearrangement needed before the handoff.
Remove the gift after the carry-position review. A wide opening in an empty bag can become a different access route when handles, folded top areas and the gift are present together.

Compare a specific handoff requirement
In the hypothetical record, call the handle H1, its join J1 and the full gift configuration G1. Ask for J1 on the actual sample rather than accepting a generic handle swatch. Keep G1 present for the grip review.
If the supplier proposes a different top reinforcement, identify that component revision and repeat the loaded opening check. A changed hidden layer can reopen access while leaving the outside artwork nearly identical.
