The illustration is an original concept based on the referenced geometry; the converter confirms the actual corrugated blank and closure proposal.
Follow the five body panels around the pack
The official FEFCO Code, 12th edition shows 0410 on page 48. Its body panel sequence includes side, bottom, side, lid and a closing lip, with end flaps. That drawing is a structural reference, not a Packrivo production drawing or a performance test.
Give those five panels local IDs on the offered proposal. Mark where the complete contents sit on the bottom panel and which side rises first. Include the thickest point of a boxed gift, primary wrap or card stack. Local projections can change the closing-lip question even when the main footprint is unchanged.
Ask for the end-flap sequence and the proposed final seal. Identify whether an adhesive, tape or another confirmed operation completes closure. The five-panel name alone does not supply that operation, its material or its owner.
Compare a fixed wrap with other folder tasks
The book-wrap corrugated pack may raise a different thickness/fold relationship, while the self-locking corrugated folder centers on an offered locking route. Keep these questions separate from the 0410 panel sequence instead of treating one-piece as the deciding feature.
Place the complete hypothetical gift pack on the starting panel and follow the offered order. Stop before end-flap and closing-lip operations to photograph the contents and overlap. Reopen along the intended customer route. Record the point where a tab, flap or sealed edge needs a different action; do not claim variable height unless the actual design provides it.
Use a panel and overlap record
For an illustrative gift print set, replace these IDs with the converter’s drawing labels.
| Panel or closure | Example input | Evidence to return |
|---|---|---|
| Bottom B1 | Backing board and print stack in final orientation | Starting contents view |
| Sides S1/S2 | Offered side panel heights | Partly wrapped envelope |
| Lid L1 | Face alignment over the complete stack | Loaded lid position |
| Lip C1 | Proposed overlap and final seal operation | Closed overlap view |
| End flaps E1/E2 | Confirmed order beside the print edges | Folded end/contact view |
Name the final closing owner
The converter should provide the revised blank and corrugated proposal. The packing owner should confirm who completes the end folds and final seal from the delivered state. The buyer should retain the reopened sample evidence and any distribution question for the completed configuration. The structural reference does not decide those responsibilities.
Compare the existing front-tuck mailer if a preformed cavity and loading step is preferable. The delivery-scope guide records the final packing operations.
Submit the complete envelope, five-panel map, end-fold order and closing-lip question through Get a Quote. MOQ is 500 pieces per design; material, samples and commercial conditions are confirmed against the offered project design.
