The illustration is a dry, nonfood gift-pack concept. The actual metal, hinge, rim and holder proposal require project confirmation.

Bind the hinge to the offered container drawing

The original hinged-tin construction reference identifies attached-hinge metal containers. Request the offered drawing with the hinge axis, lid travel and edge details. Use that reference for mechanical identity; it does not establish a particular metal grade or the suitability of your contents.

Record the complete gift envelope, insert height and any card on or beneath the lid. Mark the point where the lid passes the holder and where its edge approaches the product. The open view and closed view should use the same arrangement.

Ask for the offered rim or edge construction rather than assuming every tin has the same rolled detail. State surfaces that should stay clear of contact with the product finish. A holder that fills the cavity can still need a different top clearance under the moving lid.

Review the hinge sweep through customer access

Load the actual gift, close the lid through its intended travel and reopen it using the proposed grip. Inspect the hinge-side and front-edge clearances before lifting the product. Record any holder movement, edge contact or card displacement at its location.

Compare the slip-lid metal gift container when a detached lid may suit the access route. The existing cardboard tube gift box also offers a different body/lid construction. Keep the product arrangement fixed while comparing the lid movement, edge and holder questions.

A packing change that lowers the insert or moves the care card should be retained as a revised configuration. The buyer should approve that complete arrangement rather than accepting the hinge alone while another component remains unresolved.

Use a hinge, edge and holder record

The hypothetical jewelry-gift table below records the interfaces without assigning seal or corrosion properties.

InterfaceExample inputSample question
Hinge H1Offered axis and travel/stop drawingWhat clearance remains behind the holder?
Front rim R1Offered metal edge detailWhere does the lid meet the closed pack?
Holder I1Jewelry primary pack and lift gripCan the gift be removed with the lid open?
Card C1Final position beside the lid sweepDoes the card move during closing?
Product finishNamed contact restrictionsWhat actual edge/contact is observed?

Give the proposal a complete open state

The container supplier should identify the hinge and rim construction. The holder converter should return the insert proposal at the same revision. The packing owner should show closing, opening and product removal using those parts. The buyer can then decide which interface needs a revision or additional sample review.

The sample revision method keeps a changed insert or lid detail attached to the accepted configuration. Bring the hinge drawing, complete gift and holder-clearance question to Get a Quote. MOQ is 500 pieces per design; material, sample scope and commercial terms are confirmed for the project.
