The minimum is Packrivo’s project threshold. Availability for the chosen structure, material and finish is checked for your project.

What affects the price

  1. Size

The finished dimensions and usable interior determine material use and product fit.

  2. Structure

Closures, folds and assembly steps change the work needed to make the pack.

  3. Materials

Board, wrap and insert choices affect both construction and material cost.

  4. Printing & finishes

Artwork coverage, colors and decoration steps change setup and finishing costs.

  5. Quantity

The quantity per design changes how setup and production costs are distributed.

Measure the product, cutouts and box together

  • Record each packed item, including caps, protrusions, backing cards or wraps, in the proposed position.
  • Identify the contact areas, removal space and order in which items will be loaded.
  • Supply the proposed box interior and drawing version; state whether the insert is one piece, folded or assembled from several parts.

Choose a form before the material name

Compare a fitted cutout, a folded support and a compartment or divider layout against the same contents. Ask the supplier to identify its proposed form and material together. A material name alone does not establish how the product is held, whether it can be removed or how the completed box closes.

Use the insert form and material guide to compare a supplier proposal against the product-contact and loading questions in your brief.

Review loading, contact and removal

  • Load the actual packed items in the intended sequence and check access for removal.
  • Close the complete box and observe the selected contact points and product movement using the agreed review method.
  • Keep the insert and box versions together; record which dimensions and acceptance methods the reviewer used.

MOQ and project scope

MOQ: 500 pieces per product / design. State the quantity for each design, not just the combined order total. Packrivo helps organize the brief and supplier questions. The relevant supplier confirms the proposed materials, construction, price, sample scope and delivery timing for the agreed configuration.

Include your destination and any open inputs. If a detail is not yet known, name who will provide it before the next review.

Before you send a brief

Can I use my own branding?

Include your desired logo placement, print surfaces and colors. Final artwork must use the approved supplier dieline and pass proof review.

Can you make exactly what the picture shows?

The picture is an AI-assisted concept, not a production promise. Structure, materials, tolerances and finishing need supplier review and a physical sample.

What happens after an inquiry?

A person reviews the brief and missing details. Supplier checks and sample or quotation discussions follow only after the next steps are agreed.

What happens next?

  1. Share the product.
  2. Organize open questions.
  3. Complete supplier-specific checks.
