The illustration is a concept support layout. Actual foam grade, parts and attachment proposals require project confirmation.
Give each support a part and position ID
The original polyethylene foam reference identifies fabricated foam-plank configurations and linked technical information. Use it to prepare grade/fabrication inquiry fields rather than performance claims for this kit.
List every pad or rail proposed around the gift components. Record part IDs, positions, contours and the items they contact. State whether two supports are interchangeable or handed under the actual offered drawing.
Supply the finished component envelopes and complete outer-box interior. Include cards, primary wrap and accessories in the loading map. A support piece should have a named relationship to those contents rather than being counted only as another foam block.
Separate loose-kit and attached-support delivery
Ask whether the supports arrive loose, bonded to another piece, fitted into the box or otherwise prepared. Identify any attachment layer or local operation in the BOM and delivery description. The packing owner should know which part positions must be created at the bench.
Compare the single depth-cut foam bed and through-cut layered holder when one continuous cavity arrangement may be preferable. This multi-piece kit has a part-reconciliation and placement/loading task that deserves its own record.
Arrange the offered parts, load components in the intended order and inspect the contact positions. Remove the contents through their planned grips and record whether any loose support moves or becomes inaccessible. Keep the actual kit and outer box with the observations.
Use a support-kit position and loading map
The following hypothetical candle/accessory set uses original planning IDs.
| Kit field | Example entry | Next confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Pad A1 | Support under boxed component A | Offered contour and contact location |
| Rail R1 | Side support beside component B | Orientation and outer-box interface |
| Part count | Named complete kit for one proposed pack | Reconcile loose or attached delivered set |
| Attachment | Actual bonded/prepared state if proposed | Layer/operation owner identified |
| Loading order | A and B with cards/accessories | Actual seating and removal observations |
Request a complete kit response
The foam converter returns the actual grade and part/attachment proposal. The packing owner confirms delivered-kit count and local placement steps. The buyer decides whether the positions and access suit the contents or a particular support needs another sample.
Compare the existing die-cut insert option through the inserts hub. Use the material decision method for the offered grade and contact questions.
Bring the parts/BOM map, contents and unresolved placement question to Get a Quote. MOQ is 500 pieces per design; proposed materials, samples and commercial conditions are confirmed for the project. Any required transport review applies to the complete proposed pack.
