This is a packaging concept pending supplier confirmation of the body, base, hooks and joints. Required load or stability evidence belongs to a separate agreed evaluation.
Map actual hooks to actual hanging packs
The hook floor display reference names the option. Request the proposed hook shape, length, attachment and row positions on front and side drawings. Include the base footprint and intended retail placement.
Provide each pack’s hanging hole, complete outline and actual weight. Assign packs to hook IDs. An isolated hole fit does not show the pack’s route past adjacent rows or a retaining end.
Compare a counter hook fixture when the placement is different. The useful distinction is the actual floor layout, setup and customer reach rather than a generic display name.
Review the loaded layout as stock changes
For a hypothetical display of small carded gifts, photograph the full hook arrangement before removal. Ask a reviewer to take a selected unit from the intended position without clearing neighbouring packs.
Repeat with the planned reduced stock. Record whether packs move forwards on a hook or staff rearrange them. Keep the customer’s starting position and grip visible in the action record.
Review refill separately from customer removal. The hook’s entry route can require another staff action, particularly when stock remains on nearby rows. Any unusual support or movement should be documented.
Use a floor-hook layout record
Keep each row’s geometry and pack assignment together. The fixture’s supplied state should match the installation instruction.
| Record | Required input | Action evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Hook identity | Shape, retaining end and attachment | Actual pack placement |
| Row assignment | Pack IDs, count and weight | Full starting layout |
| Customer route | Chosen unit and neighbouring stock | Removal without hidden clearing |
| Reduced/refill state | Remaining pattern and staff method | Two separate action records |
| Installation | Body/base joins and placement | Supplied-to-formed setup |
Give a contact its hook, row and pack IDs. A general request for a wider fixture may miss a local relationship between two rows.
Confirm the installed proposal
In the hypothetical map, call one upper hook H1 and the pack directly below it BP1. If H1 removal meets BP1, record that relationship before changing the entire stand. Ask which hook position or pack assignment the supplier proposes to revise.
Confirm who installs the hooks and forms the base. Keep full and reduced layouts tied to the same complete fixture revision. Do not move the loaded fixture during a trial unless that is an agreed action with an appropriate scope.
The local record documents fit, reach and setup. It does not establish a rated load, universal accessibility or increased retail sales. Required evaluation should use the actual fixture and use conditions.
Send the loaded floor plan
Submit hook drawings, complete packs, row layout, placement, quantity and destination through Get a Quote. Packrivo’s minimum is 500 pieces per design. Final construction, samples, price and timing require project confirmation.
