The minimum is Packrivo’s project threshold. Availability for the chosen structure, material and finish is checked for your project.

What affects the price

  1. Size

The finished dimensions and usable interior determine material use and product fit.

  2. Structure

Closures, folds and assembly steps change the work needed to make the pack.

  3. Materials

Board, wrap and insert choices affect both construction and material cost.

  4. Printing & finishes

Artwork coverage, colors and decoration steps change setup and finishing costs.

  5. Quantity

The quantity per design changes how setup and production costs are distributed.

Define content and occupied space

  • Provide final text and language versions with a named copy approver; separate unresolved copy from approved text.
  • State finished and folded size, the number and direction of folds, and the intended print sides.
  • Show where the card sits relative to the product, insert and lid, including the space needed for access.

Compare flat and folded information formats

Compare a flat card with a folded leaflet using the same copy and packing space. Choose by readable layout and customer access, then ask for the proposed stock and print specification. This component carries information; any structural support or protective function would need its own proposal and review.

If the card accompanies a candle gift, include it in the complete candle pack checklist rather than reviewing its size separately from the jar, insert and outer packaging.

Read the card in the complete pack

  • Proof the actual-size text, print sides and fold order against the approved copy version.
  • Load the card with the product and insert; check lid closure and the customer’s access to the information.
  • Keep the approved copy, artwork, card size and complete-pack sample versions together before requesting the final project scope.

MOQ and project scope

MOQ: 500 pieces per product / design. State the quantity for each design, not just the combined order total. Packrivo helps organize the brief and supplier questions. The relevant supplier confirms the proposed materials, construction, price, sample scope and delivery timing for the agreed configuration.

Include your destination and any open inputs. If a detail is not yet known, name who will provide it before the next review.

Before you send a brief

Can I use my own branding?

Include your desired logo placement, print surfaces and colors. Final artwork must use the approved supplier dieline and pass proof review.

Can you make exactly what the picture shows?

The picture is an AI-assisted concept, not a production promise. Structure, materials, tolerances and finishing need supplier review and a physical sample.

What happens after an inquiry?

A person reviews the brief and missing details. Supplier checks and sample or quotation discussions follow only after the next steps are agreed.

What happens next?

  1. Share the product.
  2. Organize open questions.
  3. Complete supplier-specific checks.
